See how Gabor gently guides her to re-frame this problem and help resolve it in this one session.

SESSION 4: “Why is This Doing This to Me?”: Uncovering the Source of Anxiety and Panic with Compassionate Inquiry
In this session, Gabor works with Eleni who experiences intense anxiety, derealization, and panic attacks following a complicated medical condition. Even though that condition is now resolved, it deeply affected her sense of who she is. She feels vulnerable and scared now, and Gabor helps her identify the source of her anxiety and ways to begin to resolve it in this short session.

SESSION 5: “It’s OK to Tune Out”: The Secret Language of ADHD in Compassionate Inquiry
In this session, Gabor works with Renee who comes to him with a lifelong struggle with ADHD and the guilt and shame that often go along with it feeling like she is constantly tuning out and missing things.
