MODULE 1 - An Introduction to the Internal Family Systems Model
With Dr Alexia Rothman

Alexia uses her decades of clinical experience as an IFS certified therapist to introduce you to the basics of the IFS model. You’ll learn the foundational principles and methods that underlie all IFS techniques you may go on to use in your practice.

MODULE 2 - Leading by Example: The Presence of the IFS Therapist
With With Nancy Sowell, LICSW

Senior IFS lead trainer Nancy Sowell explains the importance of being Self-led for the IFS therapist. She shows you proven techniques that will enable you to stay attuned, engaged, and present when working with clients so that you can facilitate the deep work that leads to lasting change.

MODULE 3 - Powerful Interventions for Working With Parts
With Nancy Sowell, LICSW

Direct access is one of the most powerful tools available to the IFS therapist. Nancy teaches you the ideology and practical applications behind the technique so that you can facilitate deep, internal parts work with your clients.

MODULE 4 - IFS Therapy in Action: Real Client Demonstration
With Dr Frank Anderson

Now you have a foundational understanding of IFS therapy and its techniques, watch certified IFS clinical consultant and therapist Dr Frank Anderson in action as he uses parts work to help a client struggling with procrastination. The session deepens as more of the client’s younger parts come forward and reveal how they felt criticized and unsupported during childhood.
