Meet World-Renowned Polyvagal Theory in Therapy Expert Deb Dana, LCSW

Deb Dana

DEB DANA, LCSW, is a clinician, consultant, and author specializing in using the lens of Polyvagal Theory to understand and resolve the impact of trauma and create ways of working that honour the role of the autonomic nervous system. She developed the Rhythm of Regulation Clinical Training Series and lectures internationally on ways Polyvagal Theory informs clinical work. She is trained in Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Tapas Acupressure Technique, and completed the Certificate Program in Traumatic Stress Studies at the Trauma Centre. Deb is a founding member of the Polyvagal Institute, clinical advisor to Khiron Clinics, and an advisor to Unyte.

Deb’s clinical work published with W.W. Norton includes The Polyvagal Theory in Therapy: Engaging the Rhythm of Regulation, Polyvagal Exercises for Safety and Connection: 50 Client Centered Practices, Polyvagal Practices: Anchoring the Self in Safety, Polyvagal Prompts: Finding Connection and Joy through Guided Explorations, the Polyvagal Flip Chart, the Polyvagal Card Deck and Clinical Applications of the Polyvagal Theory: The Emergence of Polyvagal-Informed Therapies co-edited with Stephen Porges. This workshop will take place in-person at the premium and conveniently located at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Kensington which is easily accessible via public transport.

The hotel is close to Gloucester Road station and within a mile of Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and the Natural History Museum. It is also close to a variety of luxury shops and eateries in the Knightsbridge area. The hotel has its own private garden which you can relax and unwind in.
