The legacy of trauma lives on in the body long after the event takes place.
Whether it be attachment wounds, relational strife or societal oppression – the scars of our past run deep, leaving us with chronic and detrimental physical patterns that cause untold distress.
Traditional talk therapy, including parts work, can help to alleviate physical symptoms...
… but only when combined with interventions that work directly with the body can we access and heal the most deeply held trauma, negative emotions and limiting beliefs.
That’s why we’re providing this free Sensorimotor Psychotherapy workshop led by Sensorimotor Psychotherapy founder and master clinician Pat Ogden, PhD!
When you attend this free workshop, you’ll discover the power of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. This highly acclaimed and proven approach uniquely combines parts work with body-based interventions to help clients identify, access and change the destructive physical patterns and behaviours that wreak havoc on their lives.
What’s more – for the first time EVER you'll have the chance to submit your own client case for personalised consultation directly from Dr Pat Ogden... completely FREE with your registration!
